Foam cutting

We are able to "custom make" any foam products cut to any size, including mattresses, using different foam densities & hardness factors according to your specific requirements. These range from "economy" through to hi-spec multi-layer combinations, at most competitive prices. Our factory produces top quality flexible foam (from light duty to pressure-moulded foam) using the highest quality materials.

We also cater for upholsterers, trimmers and others requiring purpose-cut foam products.
